Outreach Service

The ‘LIFE’ course (Learning to Incorporate Freedom and Empowerment) is a 6-week guided support group created for female victims of domestic abuse. Designed to break the isolation through putting women in touch with each other to share experiences and knowledge and provide encouragement to recognise what they have been through and accept that it is not their fault. Focusing on re-building self-esteem and looking to a positive future is the overall goal of this new initiative and with two groups having completed the 6-weeks so far, it is ever-growing and developing.
