ATTEND A GROUP
The courses are run by experienced and qualified staff in the field of supporting women affected by domestic abuse. They are aimed at any woman who has experienced domestic abuse and left such a relationship but needs support to move forward.
If you want to learn more about the effects of domestic abuse on women and look at ways to move on in your life, the LIFE course will help enable you to do this. Creche facilities available.
If you want to look at the emotional impact of domestic abuse on the family, the Free to be Mum group is designed to work together with you and your child(ren) to do this and more.
These groups are FREE. Click on the links above to find out more starts April 17th 2013.
It is recommended that the 'LIFE' course is completed before joining 'Free to be Mum', but this is not essential.
